How to Submit a Support Ticket Tutorial

There are steps that you can take to get help with issues that you might experience while playing TrainStation 2. The first step that you should take is to submit a support ticket by clicking on the Gear icon in the upper right corner of your game screen.

Within the Settings Menu, choose the Contact Support option.

This will take you to the PF TrainStation 2 Forum. You will have the option to either type your issue or search for your issue within four categories.

Under the CURRENT EVENT heading, you will see an Event Pass topic listed.

Under the GAMEPLAY heading, you will have seven topics to choose from:

Competitions
Gameplay Basics
Warehouse
City
Containers
Trains
Regions

Under the TECHNICAL heading, you have five topics:

Ad Issues/Reports
Loading
Account Issues
Free Gem Offer
Bugs & Issues

Under the PAYMENTS heading, you will find the Payment Issues topic.

For this tutorial, I will use an example of a problem with ad videos. I could not get a second free parts spin because a video was not available. This would fall under the TECHNICAL heading. After clicking on the TECHNICAL heading and then selecting the Ad Issues/Reports, I get the option to look at some FAQS where I might find an answer to my problem, or I can choose to answer the question of where I would place my issue.

Choosing to answer the question instead of reading through the FAQS will result in the next step, filling out a submission form. Here is my sample form.

You should know that it is very helpful for the developers if you have taken screenshots of your issue. If you can, take multiple screenshots to help illustrate what is happening. Here is my screenshot to illustrate my problem.

At this point, I would submit my support ticket and await a response from PF. You will want to be patient in getting a solution to your issue, especially if you submit a support ticket over the weekend or during a holiday when the PF offices would be closed.

If you do not want to wait, you could search through the Forum for people who reported similar issues. It is very possible that your answer has already been posted. This is the Forum discussions that came up when I typed “No ad videos available” in the search field above the Support Category Headings. A quick bit of reading might be all that is needed to find an answer.
