I had similar and found that ABP ad blocker was active. It would allow standard ads to display but the questionaire ads would show as blank. These are the ads that collect semi-personal information, like what products you purchase or consider purchasing.
Usually he blank screen would time out after a minute. Unfortunately, as of a few hours ago, ads stopped working. As of this posting you can view an ad but it doesn't give up the bonus.
