Has anyone else not had birthday Bill bill's offer show up yet we just had as of this post Bill's offer for the Halloween event yesterday but none yet for birthday Bill, I'm hoping that I didn't miss it we usually get 2 Bill's offers during each event one on the first Wednesday and the other on the last Wednesday but nothing appeared on my game on the first week of birthday Bill I was hoping to get both so I could get more cake slices for the twelfth wagons as I won't have enough time to complete all 64 contracts I'm currently on 29/64 but I need to do 2 a day to finish completely???

Is the Birthday Bill event not competitive type contactor rather than a straight / normal Seasonal? I cannot now remember if there was an offer for the similar Hyperloop event, but honestly I'm never looking to buy Gems / Event Materials anyway.

You should have received an offer to buy cake a couple days ago. As I recall, the offer was only good for one day and I only caught it in the evening.
