Broken advert

There is an advert for Siemens Energy which doesn't give any reward after you have watched it. It is the only ad which is getting served to me at the moment, and I've watched it more than 50 times without getting the bonus gems or speed ups.
It's a massive con. Please remove this ad

If you can't get the bonus: close the ad-window, close the popup from the train (where you choose using GEM or watchin add), re-open this window, choose ad. If the same ad comes again, repeat once more these steps, then you get ad for a pixel game.
Is workaround ....

You also can check in your browser (if you play via browser) cookies for all the 3rd partie services of the ad must be enalbled (Scriptblocker etc.)
