On this occasion, we would like to inform you that our TrainStation Support will not be available from December 31, 2021 5:00 pm CET (Central European Time) until January 4, 2022, 09:00 am CET.
You do not have to be worried, we do not plan any further limitations to our support in the near future 🙂
Again, we would like to assure you that this is related to the support availability only, and it will not have impact on any of our games.
As always, very player who submits a ticket to the support within this time period will receive a reply, informing them about this situation.
