FB Gameroom no longer available

Dispatchers,
as you might have noticed, Facebook Gameroom (the separate game client) will be no longer available after June 30, 2021 as per the decision that was made directly by the Facebook platform.

What to do now ?

If you only play via the Gameroom, you will be still able to login into your game after gameroom will be disconnected.

Here's how :

Facebook - you will still have the possibility to play the game via our official FB page https://www.facebook.com/TrainStation
You just access this link or type the name of our game into the Search-bar and click PLAY

Portal - you can visit our site http://pixelfederation.com/ to continue to play by using the FB login. To do so, click on the Portal page on Login, and use the "Login with Facebook" option. This will then log you in, and by clicking on the TrainStation logo you will load your previous progress

Mobile App - if you are using your app, nothing changes and you can still continue to login as usual, even if you are using the FB login. Nothing will change for you.

What if everything above fails ?

We can surely help you to recover your account. If anything should happen after the removal of the FB gameroom, please send a ticket to our support including all the details. The best would be to write down your player ID before such changes so we will be able to find and recover your progress as quickly as possible.

If yo udo not have a Facebook account then use your e-mail client at the Portal site. That is the second option that you have if you wish to save the game progress in your game. Some players did have its Facebook account compromised due to Facebook issues but they are playing the game at the Portal with an e-mail client.

here are some more options and information to be able to go directly to the portal and login with your facebook where you will have all your neighbors on your game and then go into the settings and set up a direct email login where you able to login directly to the pixelfederation server and play your game know this you need to have the pixel Federation games added to your facebook so as you can still post your stuff to facebook and to have all your neighbors still show up in your game

Will the achievements posted to Facebook still work

Gerard_A_Roth - When posting achievements to FB they removed that feature. However, since my FB account was compromised I don't worry much about posting the level ups and the completed contracts to FB that much. It saves me the headache of the notifications of people thanking me for gems but also the likes as well.

TrashTerrier - Why I don't use FB that much except for photos or important news. Back in March I had my FB account compromised and had a hard time to convince FB by sending them my ID to prove that I am a real person. It was a headache but as you noted it makes FB much quieter now without me posting and use an e-mail client to join into the game.
