I have just 18 diesels to send on IT to complete Blue Barrel III. Will you compensate me with 1250 fuel cans if your persistant technical difficulties drag on too long, and will you allow me (and others) to exchange fuel cans for what we actually want instead of flags?

Point is, when you have (sometimes frequent) technical difficulties players can lose out out on completing achievements, etc.
