Why is my flag storage not allowing me to use flags, everything else is ok?

if you mean, why you can not buy flags and put into storage: this is fact, only rewards and bonus flags can be stored.

Can you change code, so that gifted flags can be added to storage? The same should apply to any bought flags,too. Limited time flags are collectible.
