Lost progress !!

I played this game on facebook for a time and i downloaded this game on the phone and i conected the game with facebook account and and then i started from beginning , and when i play from pc for example, my progress it's still from beginning , I want my progress back, I worked so much time to that station , and I lost it in a few seconds

pixel_player84205768 Install the Facebook app, log in then login to the game using Facebook. Tada! Progress restored. Same on PC, make sure you are logged into the Facebook account that you had the progress on.

Ioss my progress I was at level 45 I think. I wanted to link to Facebook. I forgot which email I saved to first play the game. I installed it on my old phone which only has WiFi access and 911 access. I then installed it on my current phone and now I loss my progress on old phone. I also bought 5 gems a day forever and that is gone too! I need this fixed please.
