I'm level 1153. Currently working B-day Bill contract 10. I have all the cars needed in inventory for the Victorious Liner train, EXCEPT then engine. I'm seeing a AT400 Victory III engine, but get the message "you can't use this type of train yet! You have to research uncommon Electric first."
I have checked ALL the electric engines in my game, but none are the one. Where or how I can obtain the engine needed to complete this contract?
