This article is dedicated to some common technical issues that may occur from time to time. We will outline some basic recommendations on how to increase the game performance and fix temporary problems.
🔸Before downloading our Train Station game to your mobile device please make sure that there is enough memory space on your device for the app and that the current operation system is compatible with the app.
These are the minimum technical requirements of your mobile device for our game:

iOS version 10.0 or later - please find more details HERE
⚠️Please note that the official app stores only mention the operating system version but there are more technical specifications of your device that may influence the game experience - e.g. RAM (random access memory). Older devices with just 1 GB RAM (Android and iOS) and 2 GB RAM (Android) may be compatible with the game based on operating system but the game experience may be poor and we can not provide further technical support.
🔸In case the game does not fully load (the loading bar stops at some stage) please make sure that your internet connection is stable and high speed. It is worth trying to use a different WiFi source (e.g. public WiFi may cause problems) or to use mobile data. Once you are sure that the internet connection is good, but the game still does not load, please try to reinstall the game (delete the app and install it again from the app store) and open it again.
I would like to emphasize to connect your game to your e-mail address or Facebook account in order to prevent any game progress loss. You will find more information on this topic here.
🔸The same recommendations apply also in case that your game loads very slowly and the game play is not smooth. First of all please verify if your internet connection is stable and high speed. If so, please try to reinstall the game.
🔸In case you are using an older device (or a device with 1 or 2 GB RAM) you may experience frequent crashes. As stated earlier your device may not meet the minimal technical requirements that are necessary to play our game. Closing all other apps from background while playing our game as well as restarting your device may temporarily help to solve the problem, but unfortunately it is not a permanent solution.
