Game is only loading the screen to the half

Started the game today, and find the game loading only the half screen, restart pc, tried different browsers. ?!?

Same here. The screen went like the one above when I logged on at 22.00 BST last night 06 -10-20. There is no problem with Seaport.

confirmed, working fine now, but only because i could click away that black part during startup of the game it suddenly show an "X" on top left corner. - seems to be popup or something...

U mnie niestety nadal gra wygląda jak powyżej. Nie widzę żadnego "X" podczas uruchamiania i nie jestem w stanie pozbyć się tego upartego czarnego pola... 🙁

ya consegui que me funcionara, me lo detectaba el antivirus como un banner, la ventana emergente. desbloquee los banner, refresque seguia igual y los volvi a bloquear, y aunque me seguia saliendo el cuadrado ya me salio la x y pude cerrar el cuadro negro

@ zenith1 , just started the game, same issue, but the "X" is there, i can simply click it away and all runs normal

Dziękuję, ale problem w tym, że u mnie nie wyświetla się ten przycisk. Próbowałem nawet klikać w to miejsce "na wyczucie" i nic.
Ehhh, moje pociągi już trzeci dzień stoją na stacji i rdzewieją...

Wielki dzięki. Używam Ghostery i do tej pory nie było żadnego problemu. Ale też nie spotkałem się wcześniej z wyświetlaniem reklamy google podczas ładowania TrainStation.
Już ruszają w drogę... 🙂

seems you are right, after some days clicking the "X" to close that window on firefox, i refreshed, clear all cache of microsoft edge and tried to start the game here... result see below, its an add, i am using VPN, as there is no other option to open that game in china 😃. anyhow, thanks for your advice

zenith1 I have not seen a google ad showing up while loading TrainStation before.

The startup ad appeared from the very beginning of the game, and indeed hasn't appeared for some time (years?)
It only appears on accounts where no (real money) purchases have been made, so if you want to get rid of it, just buy some gems, once will be enough, the cheapest (and best) option is the daily 5 gems subscription
