My passengers aren't increasing

I have a lots of building and flags but my passengers aren't increasing, what should i do?

If you hover your mouse over the on-screen passenger indicator, you can see your current limit

When the passenger count is the same as the limit, you just can't have more, build more buildings or buy better flags
When the passenger count is above the limit, you might have expired flags, or replaced good buildins with poor ones
When the passenger count is below the limit, your passenger count must (slowly) increase, if not, contact Support
