i want to purchase gems .... it asking card details ... which is i enterd correctly but it is not accepting. so i want to chage payment method .. then how i do ..? i want do via mobile payment

Pay by phone is not supported through the portal, you have to play through FB

If you have to pay by phone because you don't have a creditcard, or any of they other options, i could recommend PaySafe, it's like a prepaid card (you buy it with a certain value) and you don't have the extra transaction costs that pay by phone has, and PaySafe is supported through the portal
