I just notice that Johann becomes available at level 20, and the Brick Henge becomes available at level 23

Also the Bricklayer achievement rewards one
So it could be possible that you have 2 Brick Henges available for contract #4

If you have one, send it to Johann 6 times
If you have two, send both to Johann 3 times
