Speed ups, Mr. Bill and 7 minutes not working

I haven't been able to use any speed ups at all for the IT trains all week. This is getting very frustrating. I messaged the page on Facebook and was told they were aware of the problem and since I did, it has gotten worse. It used to be i could maybe use 1, but now I can't use any. Also dont get the video to receive the gems from Mr. Bill and cant do more than 1 of the 7 minute runs.

I run two games. One will allow a video about half the time. The other game does not let me use videos. I've reported this to support. Been going on for about a month.

This is all old news. If you read this forum regularly, you'll see that the videos have had problems since they were started. Sometimes restarting the game helps, sometimes not.

Sad to say,with two games, videos in one game works 75% of the time and 20% in the second game. The next day they flip. The following day nope work. Then it starts all over.
