pixel_player36294061 yes. I've sent a couple tickets in. If they work, the first one does, the rest...nuttin. In general the speed ups are a big disappointment.

If you restart before watching a video you have a better chance of success, but it's far from ideal ☹️
Same here I have had this problem for a few days sometimes it works for the bonus goods and sometimes it does not. However mainly of the train for extra gems it does not work any ide why?
