The watch a video to speed up my trains is not working on a consistent basis. Reload the page sometimes works but not consistently.

Monster Energy Speed Up Add is not working. Can't finish have to restart the game.

Mine isn't working either. I opened a support ticket and all they've asked for was screenshots, like that proves anything. So frustrating and I haven't heard anything back since.

IT Speed up NOT working. I tried it several times each day over several days and tried reloading the page, nothing helped. I'm stuck watching the video and then NO speed-up reward.
