I purchased the SO on Tues and the museum did not count. I thought maybe I made a mistake. But I just purchased the "Special Offer for Gems" and that loco did not count either. They are both in my museum but I did not get credited for either. IO any one else having an issue with their museums? They are hard to come by and I don't want to miss out on any more. Am I doing something incorrectly?

Try reloading, and/or you may already have received them through express or neighbors trains, so they would not count again if so. Some engines do show up that way, before they are available. Other wise contact support if you are sure it is not right.
The Museum is counting mine, no matter how many I purchase. It stopped at 61 and will not increment. There is no sense in playing if this app is broken. Tried to update, there is no update. I will uninstall and simply move on to another game that works.
