TrainStation WebGL does not work?

Trouble running the game? It might be because we recently switched to new WebGL technology. Please try these steps:

If you're using Internet Explorer, try switching to another browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Opera or Safari.
Try switching to the old client version from 'WebGL' to 'standard' below the screen. This option will be available only for a short time!
Try out TrainStation on mobile or tablet available on Google Play, the App Store or Amazon. Links to the stores are below the game window

In case none of these steps helped you, please contact our Support team via this link https://portal.pixelfederation.com/en/trainstation/support or via the Support button, which is displayed above the game window (on PC version) or in the Settings (in App version) and we will do our best to help you.

The game will not load. I am using Chrome.
I tried moving the WebGL version button back to Flash but it will not move.

This switch button from WebGLL to Flash Player works with me.
Try updating your Chrome browser to the latest version (70). Good luck !

You did a great job. It works much better than I expected. I use Chrome and I have not encountered bugs or other problems. The trades move more fluently than with Flash player. A suggestion ..... the icons on the left of the screen representing the number of flags and the duration of the special offer to be moved up to the number of people and envelopes. It would better look at a clean screen. At the EXTENSIONS AND THEMES setting, please make it possible to change a line or all hyperloop lines in classic lines. For example, I do not really use the hyperloop lines. The ZOOM is a bit high on the trains although I have completely decreased. Thanks to the entire PixelFederation team.

mostly working for me my problem is I have 4 stations and not all of them open, specifically Savannah, Neo -Hong Kong are the two that will not open. Plus the graphics are a bit blurred as well not near as sharp as with flash player, I do not use chrome I am running internet explorer chrome had too m any problems for me on pixels site.

pixel_player28852838 - As stated when you run Internet Explorer 11 the Web GL feature will not work. You will need Chrome, Firefox, Opera or Safari to get the features. You can try it on Google Play as well.

Suggestion for you is to change browsers from Internet Explorer to one of the ones mentioned. If not then contact the support team so that they can work with you on it. Good luck and happy playing!

troym80 Works on Edge too if you have Windows 10

Sc00byUK - Just tried it on Edge so that plus the other four that Troy mentioned in his comment are the five available browsers.

For those players who has Windows 7 or Windows 8 you may want to consider to upgrade to Windows 10. With Windows 10 as Scooby stated it will have Microsoft Edge with it plus some nice features. However each player has his or her right if they think their operating system works or not for them. It is their game and their computer. I wish all of the players the best of luck with Web GL and to keep playing the game.

First of all, it is great you left flash. But...
The game freezes quite often (10 min or so). When the clock freezes and the moving kranes and choppes still move I tried to go to the shop. That worked and started the clock again. Leaving the shop gives and error 6AF6D969. Needless too say I'm not pleased with that. Hopefully you can fix it.
It happened a couple of times. There are also times the game freezes completely.
I'm using Win7pro x64 and Chrome (as flash didn't work on linux)
It seems to work on Ubuntu so probably start using Mint on another laptop.

Time for me to find another game . This no longer works well at all with this new system in place.

pixel_player29312652 - There are other Pixel games like Diggy's Adventure, Seaport and others but I do not expect for those games to be on the Flash version very long since Adobe is discontinuing its support on the Flash player by the end of 2020. However, if you wish to find another game other than a Pixel game then good luck finding a game that will suit your needs.

JJR The flash version still works if you use the toggle at the bottom of the screen. The bugs will get worked out I'm sure.

Looks like I will have to part with my favourite game. Like it very much, still it's not a seriuos enough reason for switching the entire OS due to one web game 🙁

Niestety gra wygląda dużo gorzej.
Za małe czcionki .
Za mały zoom out.
Kolory i grafika są dużo gorszej jakości .
Fajnie, że można wreszcie przesuwać wszystkie budynki do prawej lub lewej .
