I have a question. Contractor Giovanni has a building site that can be purchased for 100,000.000 coins. I have enough coin to buy 12 of these. But it seem there is not even enough space to put even one of them in any street given. What am I doing wrong?

If there is not enough free space to build new buildings at the station, you can move, store or sell already existing buildings in order to make more space for the new ones, please see: http://prntscr.com/b204n8

But I have not built anything at that location yet. So that means that there are no buildings that can be moved or sold. The only thing at that location is building that came with the station. and decorations, I clicked on each one of them and none can be moved or sold. I don't understand what else I can do.

I believe you have to wait until you can sell the building site on contract 93, that you build on contract 90 in order to have the space to buy and sell more building sites. Had the same issue back when.

Contract #90 unlocks enough grids to build the Building Site, from there on you can sell & build them as much as you want (beware: keep 1 for contract #93!)

Contract 29, I have all the cement and keep building buildings but the contract never end. What am I missing?

you have to deliver the cement during the contract and build 2 different decorations
