Some of the video rewards may cause you to experience the Error 400 message.
We are aware of this issue and we are working on having this resolved as soon as possible. Please, in case you will experience this error in your game, let us know in this particular topic, what Ad has been displayed to you and caused the Error 400 in your browser. We will have that Ad reported and removed from the portfolio.
In case you are just not able to collect your reward when you should, please try to use some different browser than the one you are currently using or try to clear your current browser's cache. This action might help to resolve this issue.
As for the "Ads not available in your region" message, we are working with our Ad provider to have this issue resolved as well. Unfortunately, this is still an ongoing process and we are doing our best to make it as quick as possible.
