Not counting materials towards contract?

I am doing the Champion Jiu contract. I have the materials for both of the items required at level 4. The materials that i have that are already in inventory are not being subtracted from the total required to fulfill the contract. In example: I have in excess of 160k in aerogel but the count says 0 / 160,000. Why?

Because you have to send it while the task is active. You can only 'pre-load' for contracts that require buying something. You've wasted that Areogel I'm afraid.

Is it just in your inventory or have you actually shipped it to her ?

Greldak I shipped the materials to her. The materials were not counted as they usually are. I've lost a ay and a half re-sending the very same materials. It's a huge waste of time and materials at this point!

I do not received any materials sent to me by any of my contacts. Is it possible to activate a fix or some kind or is this a problem which train station can fix? I would like to hear a response from the programmer explaining why this is happening.

You can try these 3 steps:

Wait a few minutes (5-10)
Restart the game
Contact Support

I am having the same problem last several days.... materials sent and even by the next day the train is back from the run and the button says "resend" but the contract has not been credited with the delivery. Happening quite a bit now and it is getting frustrating.... can any programmer fix this?

pixel_player62887565 Are you sure you are sending teh right thing to the tight contractor? I have never seen what you are escribing happen when the correct resource has been sent to teh right place.

Check carefully, it's easy to make mistakes

If you are sure then contact support directly with screenshots!
