IT not registering tasks.

Hi,, Jiu asked for any 20 train sets,. I sent 5 sets,, 5 sets arrived at Jiu's station,, however,, I was not rewarded acknowledgement of the 5 sets..
Also,, on my tablet, Jiu is asking for train sets,, on my laptop,, Jiu is saying 5 hrs 55 min till next contract..
Also,, I have TrainStation on my laptop, my tablet, and on my mobile phone,, I had quite a time moving buildings around Valentina's station to have space to build an ice arena..
Please fix this problem,, Thank you.. Steve.

I've sent steam trains.
They aren't working either.

I 've sent 60 trains to this destination and it does not register. With the new season I am to send 400 trains for a reward but nothing. Anyone else with the same problem?
