When a friend sends an international train to your station and the locomotive is not collected in your museum, upon unloading the train the locomotive will be added to museum and the achievement will make progress.
Locomotives added via express trains will not count toward finishing this achievement, only those added via international trains sent by your friends will be counted.

Nope - locomotives collected in your Museum cannot be obtained via Museum. You might be able to obtain these some other way. List of All Locomotives can be found here - http://trainstation.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Locomotives

Yesterday, looking my friend list, I saw a little match icône near some names. Visiting these friends, I've been able To click on a lot of new trains and I earnt bonuses
When do these little watches appear please? Is it always at the same time?

pixel_player9196549539 wiki says they appear 23.5 hours after you collect mr.bills express (clock) trains....the amount of clocks you get is dependant on how many friends you have...there's a formula kicking about which determines how many. unfortunately i cant remember it

Square root of friends + 1 for Mr Bill... Basically the more friends the more have express trains. Very good way for getting rare trains (and therefore grasshopper early) - and even at high levels - the exp / materials do add up.

How can I complete the sight seeing achievement if my friend refuses to send me new engines that he gets or collects. He is far advance than me & I'm sure that he has engines that I haven't collected. Ive told him i'll accept even traind withXP if he doesn't want to send me material

pixel_player8455220 Get more in game friends. That person might be using all their IT slots to do their contractors and not have any spare to help you out.

pixel_player8455220 when you "load" a train you can pick how much you load ..... and I believe the museum is only interested in the Locomotive NOT the 'whole" train ...... Maybe you are expecting more activity from your friend than he/she actually has..... there are times when I dont get new trains for weeks
