Black and white screen

I'm playing the portal. I'm using firefox and W10 with the newest flash player.

I have since yesterday problems with a black and white screen. Upper 10% white, under 90% black. Only thing that helps is restart firefox. Sounds familiar? Not having these problems on phone btw.

I have the same problem on Google Chrome.

Reloading the game usually fixes the problem.

I get a completely white screen occasionally. Usually when I am going back from one of my stations to main station. Only thing that cures it is reloading game. btw i'm on internet explorer.

Hi there Kars,

the black part of the screen is supposed to be an ad, please try disabling AdBlock or similar software if you are using it, or please look for a small "x" in the upper right corner of the black bar, you should be able to close the ad even if it isn't displayed properly.
