If you wish to transfer your account from Amazon to another device (Android, iOS), the first step would be to check if your account is connected to at least one login. On any Amazon device players have now 2 options to choose from: Facebook login or Pixel Portal login (as you can see from the screenshot below):

In case you wish to connect with Pixel Portal and you do not have an account there yet, first, you need to register at the Pixel Federation portal at this LINK.

If you do not see any pop-up window please check this article HERE to allow pop-ups.

Once you successfully connect your account to the platform of your choice, you will see a green check mark :

Now, as your account is connected, let´s have a look at which options to transfer your account you have:

What options do I have?

If you wish to transfer your account from your Amazon device you have 3 options here:

you can transfer your account to an Android device 📲
you can transfer your account to an Apple device 📲🍏
you can transfer your account to your PC or your laptop 💻 and play via browser on Facebook or Pixel portal.

📲 How to transfer your account from Amazon to Android 📲

If you wish to transfer your account from Amazon to Android, the first step is downloading the Seaport app to your Android device through Google Play Store and open the app.

Please do not worry that Seaport on your new device will start from level 1 .
Now you need to complete for the tutorial and reach level 3 when the Settings will be unlocked for you. You will find this Settings menu on the right side of the screen with the cogwheel icon ⚙in this location HERE.

After opening the Settings ⚙ on the Android device, you will see the following options, from which you need to now choose the one you chose before - this means either to connect with Facebook or Pixel Portal:

After that game reloads and the progress which you had on your Amazon device will appear on your Android device.

In case after you tried these steps your account which you had on Amazon device would not reload, please do not worry, just scroll down to the bottom of this article to contact our support to help you. ⬇

📲How to transfer your account from Amazon to Apple 📲🍏

If you wish to transfer your account from Amazon to Apple device🍏, the first step, is downloadingthe Seaport app to your Apple device 🍏 through Game center and open the app.

Please do not worry that Seaport on your new device will start from level 1.
Now you need to complete for the tutorial and reach level 3 when the Settings will be unlocked for you. You will find this Settings menu on the right side of the screen with the cogwheel icon ⚙ in this location HERE.

After opening the Settings ⚙ on the Apple device, you will see the following options, from which you need to now choose the one you have chosen before - this means either to connect with Facebook or Pixel Portal as you can see from the screenshot below:

After that game reloads and the progress which you had on your Amazon device will appear on your Apple🍏 device.

In case after you tried these steps your account which you had on your Amazon device would not reload, please do not worry, just scroll down to the bottom of this article to contact our support to help you. ⬇

💻 How to transfer your account from Amazon to desktop 💻

If you wish to transfer your account from your Amazon device first, please make sure that your account is connected to Facebook or Pixel portal login as you can see from this screenshot:

And then, please open the Pixel Portal (link HERE) where you choose now option LOGIN HERE as you can see from the screenshot below:

After that, a pop-up window appears where you need to choose the login option you have chosen before. This means you can choose email or Facebook as you can see in the screenshot below:

If you do not see any pop-up window please check this articleHERE to allow pop-ups.

After this step your Amazon progress will be linked with either email adress or Facebook and you can continue playing seaport on PC or laptop via this LINK if you visit Pixel Portal click on Pixel logo or on the link at the bottom of the page (as marked on screenshot below) and you will be redirected to Seaport page:

Note: Please include player ID only. Pixel IDs and generated usernames like pixel_player###### are not necessary requested and prolong the handling time for you and other players considerably).
