Hello there Captains,
We have noticed that many of you reached us with similar questions about the changes which were not mentioned in this changelog, so please let me provide you here with further information about these changes:
1. Changed ship sorting in the New Ship Flow
We can assure you that this is not a bug or issue but rather new criteria that were implemented according to which ships are now sorted in the New Ship Flow.
According to the old system, ships with admirals have been always placed at the top and after them, there were sorted ships without admirals.
With this new sorting our game designers have improved the criteria according to which ships are sorted and the ships with admirals do not necessarily appear at the very top of the list. This means that the admirals no longer appear at the very top but can be at the very bottom of the list as well as in the middle of the list. This is because the game calculates the cumulative capacity of the ships - which means the capacity of the ship + bonus from the admiral (if the admiral is there) and ranks the ships according to this resulting capacity.
This means that now the ships are now automatically listed according to the cumulative capacity. All available ships with the highest cumulative capacity are at the top and it does not necessarily mean that they will have Admiral on board.
2. Changes in Graphic design in Nuclear Power plant
Since we needed to make these changes in order to be this specific supplier compatible in both The Old and the New Ship Flow window at the same time. We understand that this change may increase the number of clicks for players to see the important information but unfortunately due to the technical limitations on the browser version of Seaport and in order to run this supplier smoothly in both Ship flow variations ( the New one and the old one) we needed to implement this change.
