iOS ACCOUNT DELETION
This feature allows Captains that are playing the game through Apple devices with iOS operational systems to permanently delete their account by themselves.
This deletion will be completed in 30 days- in case you want to just reset your account back to level 1 or any other action with your account, please contact us HERE with your player ID and we will do our best to help!
1. ENTER YOUR SETTINGS
• 1.) You can find this new feature in your Settings under the Cogwheel icon on the right of your screen
• 2.) After opening up your settings you need to scroll down and tap on the DELETE MY ACCOUNT button on the bottom of the menu
2. READ THE CONSEQUESNCES OF THIS ACTION
• Make sure to read through the consequences and conditions when you decide to delete your account by yourself- after the 30 days passes from the deletion, we will NOT be able to return the data back to you!
• You can always press BACK to return back to your game or press CONTINUE to proceed with the deletion!
• 3. SELECT A REASON TO CONTINUE
• To proceed further with the deletion you will have to choose one the 4 provided reasons for the deletion and to confirm it you will need to tap on the option- make sure to know your reasons Captains!
• 4. CONFIRM YOUR CHOICE
• If you are definitely certain of this step, confirm your decision by pressing the button DELETE MY ACCOUNT!
• 5. WAIT FOR 30 DAYS (time to rethink)
• After doing all of the above mentioned steps you still will have 30 days to rethink your decision- during this time you will be locked out of the game and you will have to wait until the end of 30 days to permanently delete your account.
• You can always recover your account in those 30 days by pressing the KEEP MY ACCOUNT button- but once the timer runs down we are technically unable to return your game back to you!
