Well good news is I finally started running job board and am hoping to clear the 1st stage of the expedition soon. I am done with the global after 13 tasks as it wants over 6.5k sailors for the 14th task and I need basic commodities right now, which the expedition and job board will give more of. I normally only do between 30 and 45 global tasks anyway but this event I decided to invest less time in the global. Now to check if pushing for level 400 will give me a 5 slot ship on the event pass.
On another note, I decided to take all those coins I got and spend them on my 3rd Titanic upgrade knowing that my TH was 2.5 days from being done. I will earn enough lumber and coins back before it finishes so I am good. It also gave me more space in my warehouse as the 1600 mechanical parts are gone now. On yet another note, that 3rd 5 slot ship has already made a huge difference in getting microchips. I may have to do one or 2 more runs of LPG to finish off my main dock but otherwise I am doing as well as I can. Level 390 now though so I am still going to be 2 TH behind but oh well. Nothing I can do until I can get more and better 5 slot ships.
Edit to add: No 5 slot until level 440 but the level 400 rewards are so much greater than anything between level 390 and 399, including the ship that I think I am going to push to that level once Hanno is done. I can get it easily via putting ships in the museum but I will until the Monday night before the event ends and just see how far I get normally.
