As much as we try there are questions and problems that can only be dealt with by the Seaport Support Team.
Raising a support ticket is a simple task, although it can be confusing if you're not familiar with the process.
For any players in that situation, here's a summary.
Only when using the following link, you need to provide your Player ID. In the upcoming screenshots you will see where it can be found.
