Have you even been to a situation when you opened Seaport and found yourself starting from a beginning ? Or you were changing your mobile phone for a new one and want to restore your progress.
If your account was connected to email, Facebook, Google play or IOs Game center, you can restore your lost progress by visiting settings and choosing blue connect button with that particular platform you used before.
How to restore your previous progress please follow these 4 steps:
1.) First you need to visit your new account lv. 1 you are currently at and complete the tutorial to unlock settings option.
2.) After completing tutorial the settings will be unlocked on the right side of the screen:
3.) In the settings screen, choose connect with platform you used before with your old account. For example if you have your account connected to Google play use option "connect" with Google play:
4.) In a case you have in settings red button you can choose either blue " connect button" or red " switch accounts" button:
After clicking on red button there will be 3 options to choose from and you will need to choose one, which was used to log in with your old account:
Should your progress not load after these steps or you do not have your game connected to any of these platforms or you are **switching between android and IOs device ** ( or other way around) please contact our support and we will do our best to help you.
To speed up this process you can prepare answers to these 5 questions. These answers are crucial while searching for lost account on servers:
1.) What is your player ID of your original account ? If you do not know, please let us know your new player ID ?
2.) On which device you are playing Seaport? Please be specific regarding which model and brand ( manufacturer).
3.) What was the last time you have logged into your old account? If you do not know exact date, could you please provide us roughly date.
4.) What level where you on your old account? If you don know exact level, please let us know roughly a range in which your level might be ( min. - max.)
5.) Have you made any purchase in game ? If yes, please send us any invoice or confirmation about payment. Or please let us know which payment platform you have been for your purchases.
