What I would suggest is that you contact the official Seaport support directly, either via the game menu or by going to: https://portal.pixelfederation.com/en/seaport/support
Do not type anything into the search box, but instead choose one of the options below and fill in the form to raise a ticket. Try and provide as much information as you can.
One final thought, you do not have to buy the event pass at the beginning of an event - you will still get all the rewards along the pass if you leave it until the towards the end. There are 2 advantages of doing this - first, if you level up during the event, both the ship and the rewards may increase accordingly, so you could miss out if you rush to collect everything. Secondly, if you buy towards the end, then you will know that you have been able to complete all that is required.
