okay, now me really getting pissed off. i explore somewhere, cool , no problem, next frigging day its lost an i gotta re-explore it again, and this is any exploration i do, what the hells going on
pixel_player82522399 do you make sure the game progress is saved before exiting? On mobile, there is a red dot on the settings button that turns green when the game data is saved. In the desktop version I think you manually need to save it. If you've saved and you're sure the exact area you discovered gets re-covered, then you'll need to contact support and raise a support ticket

pixel_player82522399 In addition to the excellent advice given by @RedSkyNight above, I’m going to state what might appear to be the obvious - if so, forgive me - we have had new players on the forum who have been unsure how explorations work.
Each exploration area requires a certain number of sailors to be delivered, so depending on your exploration fleet, you may have to send ships to the same location multiple times before it is uncovered/unlocked.
