Hi. My TownHall is currently at Lvl 15. I want to upgrade it, and it needs 50 fuel to be upgraded. I have 160 in fuel, but the fuel icon for the TH still shows red, meaning I can't upgrade. Any ideas? Many thanks. Dominique

pixel_player10079974 You need to collect cement with a 3-anchor ship then process into concrete blocks in your workshop
