not geting gems from trade

in a large number of trade on market, i did not get the reward of gems,
if you dont wont player to have gems, why to put tasks with gems?
as before as now with new update, after selling amber did not get neither gems and other rewards

pixel_player38913593 This might sound silly and possibly obvious to you, but are you absolutely sure you selected the gems tab when you sent the goods (amber) to market? You do know you have select the gems tab right? You don’t get all three rewards.

pixel_player38913593 I have not received the diamonds I traded for the tentacles I get this happening to me quite often on trades you not actually giving up the diamonds which I have coming to me I'm not much of a whiner so I don't say much but this game is getting me as aggravated as a rest I try to rip people off Short them or burn them straight up

support : The Last time you have gained Gems from the Marketplace was on the 12.6 where you have exchanged two ships with books for Gems. This was however the last sucessfull exchange for Gems that you have made on the marketplace.

NO FIX OF GEM BUG, no compensation, no Log (but Devs DO have a Log )

at first i noticed during chest event, after completing different stage of event in the end after achieved 100 % i get the reword the titanik ship coin wood and gems, everything it was added except the gems, this happened during the last two events , after finishing player event, yes i have tried by choosing different reword like ex , coin , gems did not work

This is not at all a bug, but a user issue.

Please make absolutely sure that you have selected the GEMS as the reward, and not for instance gold or XP.

If you are sure, send us a ticket to our support and we can check it out with our database. But i can already tell you that you have not selected Gems as your reward. Otherwise you would logically have gained them.

There are 3 rewards on offer. You will not get all 3. You have to click on the one you want. Look at the 3rd column and it states you will get XXX as a reward. I made this mistake once. Now I check.

pixel_player18302804 There are 3 rewards on offer for the tentacles and you must select gems in order to receive them - you will not get all three rewards. This is the same for all gem related items, and indeed for every other tradable item. You only get the option you select.

I have always received gems when trading in items that offer them, if you feel sure you have lost out, you will need to contact support directly (we’re just players like you here) If you are unsure how to do this check out the following link

Don't receive alot of the time the diamonds which I trade for. When this game is so stingy as is with them free diamonds. The cost to play this game if you buy the diamonds which I believe are actual market value. Is to darn expensive. The business moto " a fast nickel is better then a slow dime" does not apply to this company at all.

Podifer We got similar posts in the group too, they not even look and send ship to market and as you say if you not press gems it will most likely bring the top one (which is never gems).
