Have you reinstalled your app and lost your game progress? Or you have changed your device and found out that your game with progress is gone?
It may happen that you start a new game and you won't be able to get into your old game. To beware of this situation we recommend connecting your game account. You can read more about it in the article here.

If you are not able to get to your original game, please contact us via official support and we will do our best to find your original game.
Please try to answer the following questions:

1.) What level exactly did you have in your old game progress and in what location were you?
2.) When was the last time you played the game on your previous device? Can you remember when was the first time you played the game?
3.) Do you have access to your old game? If yes please try to log into the old game and send us your player ID, you can find it here.
4.) Have you ever made any purchases in the game? If yes can you please send us the screenshot of the payments?
5.) What type of device did you have? Please write us the brand and the model of the device use used to play.

Please start the new game on a network where you used the play the original game, and provide us with the player ID of the newly created game.

When you provide us with all the necessary information we will try to find your original game.
