Have you ever wished for more dispatchers to help with your trades during a tough competition or you have just wanted to meet and chat with Grace? Well look no further as here we will cover all there is to our dear Ship Dispatchers!

• WHO ARE THEY?

The role of the Ship Dispatchers is to operate and dispatch the ships in your fleet- naut too hard, is it. The number of dispatchers you have means how many ships across all of the regions you are able to operate at the same time. You can always hire more dispatchers based on your needs and the level that your Port is at.

• DISPATCHER ACTIVITIES

You can find all of your currently active dispatchers under the white Captains hat in the top left part of your screen- quite cruizy! As you have probably noticed by now you have two numbers next to the hat- the first number indicates the amount of currently active dispatchers while the second number indicates the number of all the dispatchers you have in total.

The bubble of your dispatchers also changes color, depending on the action your fleet is currently performing:

• 🌐 WHERE TO FIND THEM?

You would be surprised, but more often than knot, our dear Port Managers have issues locating their menu with Ship dispatchers. That is why we have created 2 handy ways for you to reach their menu and hire more. You can get to them by:

• tapping on the green button with the Captain hat and then tapping on the blue Captain hat to "buy more" :

• or by going through in-game shop under the icon in the bottom right corner under the tab Dispatchers :

• HOW TO HIRE THEM?

After you reach their menu you can you can hire your dispatchers by exchanging their services for either money and gems for temporary dispatchers, in-game materials locked by levels for permanent dispatchers or you can hire them temporarily for 1 hour by watching an ad- it all depends on what type of ship dispatcher you currently need! Knot too shabby!

• 📖 TYPES OF SHIP DISPATCHERS

Schooner or later you are going to encounter a lot of different types of dispatchers ready to be hired permanently or temporary for various resources- you better keep an closer eye on all of the options Port Managers- especially the
1️⃣ Permanent, 2️⃣ Temporary, 3️⃣ Ads and 4️⃣ Event dispatchers!

1️⃣ PERMANENT SHIP DISPATCHERS

At specific levels you will be offered a deal to increase the number of your Ship dispatchers PERMANENTLY! for the rest of your game! You can hire them either by exchanging them for gems at earlier levels or by exchanging various resources at the later level.

At the beginning of your game you start with 3 permanent dispatchers- the most loyal dispatchers in your fleet. Additional Permanent Dispatchers are known for their affinity to the orange color so you can know it will always be a permanent dispatcher if you hire one in the orange background!

2️⃣ TEMPORARY SHIP DISPATCHERS

These 3 professional Ship Dispatchers can be activated for gems every time a giant shipment or a new event arrives. They can be paid with gems for 1 day or for 7 days- but keep your eyes on your gems to not usain boat through your resources! During big events or special weekends you can also see an offer for all three of the Ship dispatchers in a bundle for money.

Important to note is that paying the temporary Ship dispatcher again will only PROLONG their duration, not recruit two of the same Ship dispatchers. We all would love to have two Graces in our Port, but sadly our dispatcher Grace is only one and does not have any lost or hidden twin, so make sure to always double check the contracts to not lose your gems!

3️⃣ ADS SHIP DISPATCHER

Donald can be considered as a Temporary Ship dispatcher but he does not cost you any gems- instead he can be activated by watching an ad! After his activation he will help you around for a whole hour, before going to rest for a set cooldown until you can hire him again. Please keep in mind that he will always leave after the 1 hour of help!

4️⃣ EVENT SHIP DISPATCHERS

During various big and important events an additional hire can be offered to the players to help them with their tasks. Lucas the event dispatcher usually comes in a bundle with a factory for your Port during the duration of the event- and always dressed up for the occasion! Each of the events will always inform you what the deal contains and how much it will cost.
