Hello there Port Managers, during July we encountered these issues:
- Missing Jobs for stamps in Delivery Challenge
- Error during the game loading screen
- Missing Horns after the Update
- Ads crashing the games

1. Missing Jobs for stamps in Delivery Challenge 
We have been notified that some Port Managers are lacking Jobs for Stamps in the Delivery challenge that started earlier today at 1th July 2022 at 14:00 CET- we humbly apologize for the inconvenience!
The Fix 🔎
We have been notified by our team that the issue with the jobs during Delivery challenge lasted until 1st July 2022 18:50 CET. The issue has been already resolved by our team and all of the players should have their stamps tasks generated as long as they reload their game!

2. Error during the game loading screen ⏳
We have been notified that some Port Managers are having issues loading into the game under a special pop up "Oops, something went wrong. Please restart the game .()"- the screen forced players to restart their game without loading them in

The Fix 🔎
Our team did a great job investigating and fixing this issue, as we have been notified that 6th July 2022 at 14:20 CET the majority of the issue was resolved and players could already return back into the game!
Afterwards the team made sure to check the issue within the server to prevent future returns and the final fix was released 6th July 2022 at 17:20 CET- after this, Port Managers should not have any further issues logging in due to this error!

3. MISSING HORNS AFTER THE UPDATE 
We have been notified by our Port Managers on social medias and the tickets that the Horns (both classic and also the ones for Gems) are missing from the game after the recent update to a version 1.15.0.517 - currently it affects mostly Android Devices!

The Fix 🔎
We have been notified by our team that the issue with the Horns lasted until 25th July 2022 until 14:30 CET- we even had to take the game into maintenance mode for a short while to properly implement the fix, which might have scared some of you!
We can now fully confirm that the issue has been successfully resolved by our team and all of the players can access their beloved Horns once again in their Ports- just make sure to reload your game and the fix should be properly implemented to your game!

4. ADS CRASHING THE GAMES 
During our latest update to a version 1.15 we have noticed spike in the tickets and crashes caused by the ads - in short, after attempting to watch an ad the game will crash and return you to your main menu of your device or a black screen.

The Fix 🔎
We have been notified by our team that alongside our 3rd party ads provider they successfully fixed the issue with the ads crashes- we have also monitored the games afterwards to make sure that the issue does not resurface again!
In case you are still having issues with the ads, please make sure to update your game to a version 1.15.1.536 - you can find the version of the game in your game under the Cogwheel settings and in case it is lower, simply download an update from your App or Google Play Store, as the firmly believe that it will fully fix your issue!
