2. Bug with the Willow's Effort Event Pass 🦗
As you might have noticed from the game, we have encountered an issue during our small Willow's Effort event with our simultaneous Event Pass. Due to this issue we had to take down the Event Pass down a day before, exactly at 20th June 2022 at 14:00 CET, to assure that the stability of the game and tree Spree event.
Our team made the decision to keep the game and server up, but by doing this we were not able to let players complete their last job that could be transferred over- you still could finish up one more job from Willow, but the pinecone you would collect would not count towards the Event pass, as that one was already closed down by the server.
We have announced this information properly for all of the players above level 12 in in-game news as soon, as we found out about the issue, as you can see in the screenshot below:

Following Action 🌿
After the total end of the Willow's effort Event (with a small help of Port Managers) we managed to distribute by server all of the missing rewards from the Event pass (the data was taken straight from the database)- those rewards should have arrived into a special pop-up window for all of the affected Port Managers.
Sadly, when it comes to the last pinecone that some of the Port Managers collected after the forced end of the event at 20th June 2022 14:00 CET, it did not count in towards the total number of Pinecones anymore, as the Event pass was already expired in the database.
