Hello there Port Managers, during May we have encountered these issues:
1. Lack of rewards from Ads
We have been notified by our Port Managers about ads, that do not give the doubled rewards after watching it whole- we are really sorry for all of the inconveniences and frustrations that this ads issue has caused!
We can assure you that our team is currently investigating all of the reports of ads misbehaving- crashes, double ads and mainly the lack of rewards after successfully watching the ad. We are also in touch with the 3rd party ads provider and are looking for solutions for these issues- sadly it is a process in progress and we cannot guarantee an estimated time for fix!

In case you are affected by this issue we would kindly like to ask you to submit a ticket to us HERE along with the name of the ad and screenshot - our team will be able to look specifically for errors and issues in those situations and contact the 3rd party for disabling all of the broken ads.
We would also recommend for Port Managers to clean up their devices but a restart of the Port City app should be helpful enough to clear collected data and help ads to come through!
