🚀 Sea Space Launch KB&I- April 2022 🚀

Ahoy Port Managers, it is all sun and games until an issue arrives- but we are here to inform and help! This time during Sea Space Launch event we have encountered:

1. DEV ACCOUNT IN COMPETITION 🏆

During this competition we had reports of a player "Mallcontent", as they have reached 8015 EP point in the first round of the competition- clearly overwhelming everyone in the individual competition and also providing quite a boost for the overall Team Ranking of the UniverseY Team.

After investigation of this account we have found out that the account belonged to one of our new recruits to the Port City Team- they have taken a DEV account meant for testing the current and future features internally into a real game and competition, which gave the account quite a big advantage. It is not acceptable and fair for us to use such an account like this, which is why we only use them internally and are extremely sorry for this situation- but we are here to clear up the consequences!

• RESOLUTION 🔨

Our team has quickly removed the account with all of the point from the game to return the balance and fairness to the competition!

The EP collected by this player will be fully removed from our game along with the account- that means the players will lose the 1st place in the individual competition and also the EP points added to the total of the teams with be deducted as well- sadly the UniverseY will be losing some of their EP.

Also there will be some percentage and Ep changes to the requirement for 0.1% in the UniverseY Ranking Bracket- after all a leader with 8000 EP has fully exited the competition!

• REWARDS 🎁

When it comes to the rewards all of the affected players in the individual competition with the "Mallcontent" the players will be moved up a spot and receive their deserved and hard earned reward!
When it comes to the Teams competition, the EP will be deducted from the overall UniverseY points, but they will still remain in their 2nd place!

Once again our dear Port Managers have found another issue during the Sea Space Launch Event!

2. WRONG REWARD FROM A SPECIAL ROYAL CONTAINER

We have been notified about an issue with a wrong ship reward from a special Royal Container offer!

The description of the offer stated, that this container has a 100% chance to obtain only Legendary ships in the latest region, but after previewing the offer the container menu showed only one Epic ship as the available ship from the container- we are sorry for all of the inconveniences that this issue has caused!

- THE FIX 🔧

Our team has acted swiftly upon finding the root of this issue and the fix was released on all of the players 30th April 2022 at 12:05 CET - after that the container displayed correct rewards without any further inconveniences or issues! After the fix you will correctly receive only Epic ships from this offer, as it was incorrectly stated in the rate of this container on the left!

3. Error with Ranking reward

With this issue some of the Port Managers were unable to claim the Ranking reward from the Sea Space Launch Ranking tab- after the attempt to claim this reward the game showed only the Error pop-up window that directly forced players them to restart their game.

THE FIX 🚀

This issue with claiming the Ranking reward from the Sea Space Launch event lasted for approximately 3 hours until 16th May 2022 16:50 CET- the only requirement to fix the issue was to log back in into the game AFTER the fix went live!

When it comes to the rewards all of the Port Managers already received their hard earned and won Space keys and Space Coins with their first claim of the reward - in case you feel that there are any issues with that please contact us HERE on our support and we will gladly send you a sheet showing your event currency movement!

4. Error with purchase of the Event Pass

Port Managers attempting to purchase Event Pass after the end of the final competition at 16th May 2022 after 14:00 CET are met with Error screen "Missing active special offer definition for Unlock ID=6022", preventing the purchase of the late Event Pass for more rewards!

THE FIX 🔧

After throughout investigation our team found out that the Event Pass error message was a default Error message in our game for missing definition- in this case it was definition announcing a proper end of the Event Pass. We are really sorry for breaking the spirits of Port Managers, as everyone that saw this message was too late to purchase the Event Pass.

For future we will adjust the Event passes further based on this experience and feedback- not only we will properly announce and highlight the timers of event pass in the articles but we will also prolong the timer for purchase in the "Grace" period and remove the ACTIVATE button after the timer for purchase ends- to avoid similar situations to these. You can expect these changes to appear in our upcoming big event, that will bloom your mind!
