📣 I have purchased an Offer or Event Pass for real money and I wish to have it refunded
If you purchased an item or pack please, do not use the purchased item or pack. Keep the material in the game and contact us via Support immediately. Used items can not be returned and you are not eligible for a refund.

📣 I accidentally purchased a Building for gems and I wish to have it returned
We are happy to help you out in this matter but please note that you have to report such accidental purchase within the next 48 hours and leave the purchased items in your storage. Used items can not be returned and you are not eligible for the refund. When submitting your request via Support, please let us know the exact name of the accidentally purchased item. We would like to emphasize that this is not a standard service and reverting accidental purchases will be made only on exceptional basis.

📣 I accidentally purchased Ship Parts from Daily Offer for gems and I wish to have it returned
Please, report such accidental purchase within the next 48 hours via Support and leave the purchased items without using them. Used items can not be returned and you are not eligible for a refund. When submitting your request, please let us know the exact date and name of the accidentally purchased item. We would like to emphasize that this is not a standard service and reverting accidental purchases will be made only on exceptional basis.

📣 I have purchased a Ship Container/ Ship Part Box and I wish to have it returned
Even though we would love to accommodate all your requests, we are not reverting any purchases in this case. It is not possible for us to revert a purchase of an item which contains a drop rate mechanic in order to preserve the fairness towards all players. Please always make sure that you checked the drop rates and you are willing to take the risk to avoid inconveniences. Thank you for your understanding.

📣 I exchanged an item for Materials/Event Materials or Event Ship and I wish to have it returned
We are not reverting any purchases in this case. It is not possible for us to revert a purchase by using an event material in order to keep our support service effective and of a high quality. Please be very careful when buying items for event materials to avoid inconveniences. Thank you for your understanding.

📣 I have used gems to purchase an Extra Dispatcher (Permanent/Temporary) and I wish to have it canceled
In this case, we are not able to revert such purchase as you already taken the advantage of the purchase and it cannot be reverted.
