📯 1. 1 Horns / whistles not working correctly 📯
Hello there dear Port Managers, the waters and the players tickets have brought to us new a type of an issue- the horns in the port are not showing up or functioning properly! We are really sorry for the inconvenience and confusion it has caused.
In general, you should be able to access the horns after finishing the tutorial- at level 4. Please try to stay idle in your port for a few minutes, if no horns appear within the given time, you might be affected by this issue. You can find the position of the horns here:

Unfortunately, this is an issue that will take some time to resolve even with our dev team on the case. If you believe you are affected by this issue please submit a ticket and let us know the answers to the following questions:
- Are you using PC emulator or a mobile device?
- Please provide exact type of the device or the emulator.
- Have you ever encountered the horns before or you have never seen them as a game function?
We will be extremely thankful for all information that will help us resolve this issue faster!

⚓ 1. 2 Misleading graphics ⚓
Hello there again Port Managers, as your keen eyes have observed, there is another issue related to this mini-event. This time it is related to the missions within the Ship Tycoon event- especially the misleading graphic description of the mission. We are really sorry for all the confusion, wrongly crafted materials and inconvenience it has caused!
Sadly, there was a bit of a confusion in the files and incorrect mission images have been assigned to the Ship Tycoon missions. We encountered two types of an issues-

To help you all with this event, we would recommend you to always read the text of the mission- the description of the mission is correct and will complete your mission if fulfilled. If you need any help, please contact our support and we will do our best!
We humbly apologize for our mistake and the confusion this graphical error has caused. For the next event of this type, we will make sure to double check all of the assets so we will not repeat the same mistake twice. ✔️✔️
