If you experience any issues in the game, or have questions you have not found answers to here on the forums, you can always create a support ticket to contact us.
We then try our best to reply to your question in a timely manner.
Before you decide to contact us however, here are a few tips that might help you beforehand. After all, there might be a possibility that the question has already been answered, and the resolution is provided here immediately, and hence you will not have to wait for a reply from us.
-Try the search function of the Forum
In the forum, you can search for the issue. Try using keywords, as this works the best.
-Take a look into the current issues post
Each month, we release an current issues post, in which we update on the current issues and bugs. A solution may be found there. You can find these post in two ways
1 - click on my profile, and click on Discussions - you will find all my posts, along with the current issues one.
2- search on the forum for "Known bugs & issues"
If you have not found the solution, worry not and contact us.
