Ahoy there Port Managers, Ocean City brought to us these issues:
- Temporary Error when interacting with horns in the Event map (Fixed)
- Error in Ocean City Job from Jing (Fixed)
1. Temporary Error when interacting with horns in the Event map
We have registered an issue that when players interacted with the horns in the event map immediately after the new Ocean City event started at 12:00 UTC they received the following error popup:
The Fix 🔎
The issue has been fixed when our players reloaded the game after the error popped. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
2. Error in Ocean City Job from Jing ⬢
We have been notified that some Port Managers cannot progress further than a job from Jing (6/15) and get ERROR that forces them out of the game without saving any progress nor the completion of this task :
The Fix 🔎
This issue was already fully resolved by our team today 20th November at approximately 15:00 UTC - make sure to fully reload your game to apply the fix and continue on your adventure!
As we understand how this issue has inconvenienced your progression within the event, we will be sending out compensations to all of the affected players starting today 22nd November 9:00 AM UTC to the in-game news!
