When I use the Tarnished Grus in Rotterdam, it just shows a shadow with bow wake driving around. The ship model just appears landlocked north of the raising bridge, between the two islands. When the shadow finishes it’s tour the model vanishes, then reappears in the same spot again when the shadow starts another trip.
