Ahoy there Port Managers, November brought to us these issues:
- Missing Job for stamps in Delivery Challenge (Fixed)
- Wrong articles and error within the Pirate Festival Event Pass (Fixed)
- Error at Login Screen (Fixed)
- Black parts of the map and other areas (Resolved)

1. Missing Job for stamps in Delivery Challenge 
We have been notified that some Port Managers above level 400 are lacking one of the two jobs (one that gives out 7 stamps) in the current Delivery challenge that started earlier 8th November 2022 at 12:00 UTC:

The Fix 🔎
Unfortunately our team was not able to fix this issue before the end of the short delivery Challenge- we sincerely apologize for any frustrations and inconveniences that this challenge might have caused!
To make things right and return fairness into this round of Delivery challenge, we returned the rewards to all of the affected players with this issue via in-game message that will be visible from 11th November 2022 at 13:00 UTC.

2. Wrong articles and error within the Pirate Festival Event Pass 
We have been notified that some of the articles within the Event pass for Pirate Festival event are displayed wrongly within the Event Pass overview and can even cause an error that closes of the game- we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences it might have caused!

The Fix 🔎
The issue of incorrect articles has been properly resolved today 9th November 2022 at 15:30 UTC- all of the articles within Event Pass (Captain's pass) are now displayed correctly for the Pirate Festival Small Event!
When it comes to the event ship Nekark, the preview will be fully available once the event starts 10th November at 14:00 UTC- for now you will be forced to reload the game in a case you attempt to preview the ship but it will not affect your gameplay further!
We humbly apologize for all of the inconveniences- yarr know that only thing that pirates do not steal are bugs!

3. Error at Login Screen ⏳
We have been notified about an issue that happened within the game 10th November at approximately 14:55 CET where the players were unable to log in due to an Error within their loading screens - the message either showcased the Error or "Oops, something went wrong" and prompted players to restart the game:

The Fix 🔎
This issue was already fully resolved by our team 10th November 2022 at 15:05 CET- make sure to fully reload your game to apply the fix and continue on your adventure! We apologize for the temporary inconvenience that this issue has caused!

4. Black parts of the map and other areas 🎞️
We have been notified about an issue where some Port Managers using iOS devices experience a glitch that causes their Event map (for Ocean City), some buildings in Port or even containers openings to have BLACK background:
The Fix 🔎
After throughout investigation our team found that that this issue is sadly affecting only devices that are below our current hardware requirements for the game- more specifically there are iOS and also Android devices that are either older than 4 years or are capped at 2GB RAM!
These devices are sadly having issues to properly load in all of the assets especially within the Ocean City map, causing the "Black glitches" to appear not only within the map, but also other places that use up more memory to load assets in.
