Ahoy there Port Managers, October brought to us these issues:
- Error while claiming Job rewards (Fixed)
- Ads crashing the games (Fixed)

1. Error while claiming Job rewards ⚠️
We have been notified about an issue that happened within the game today at approximately 16:30 CET, where the players are receiving error messages when they are trying to collect the rewards from their Jobs and Tasks in their regions!
The Fix 🔎
This issue was already fully resolved by our team today at approximately 18:00 CET - make sure to fully reload your game to apply the fix and continue on your adventure!
We apologize for the temporary inconvenience that this issue has caused and in case you have any persisting issues with your jobs or rewards make sure to submit a ticket to us on support HERE- we will make sure to check on the situation!

2. Ads crashing the games 
Once again we have noticed in our system and have been notified by Port Managers about the Ads crashes that after attempting to watch an ad will crash your game and return you to your device menu!

The Fix 🔎
Our team resolved the issue of the crashing ads today 7th October 2022 at approximately 16:00 CET - the fix that they have implemented is still being monitored and can take a bit of time until it also refreshes for your ads!
In case you notice a that these issue persist further please do not hesitate to let us know HERE on our support- we will continue the investigation further!

3. Stuck in Rotterdam Shop 📋
We have been notified about an issue within the Rotterdam tutorial, where the players are unable to purchase the container necessary for further progression into the Rotterdam region and are stuck within this screen:

The Fix 🔎
We have been informed by our team that this issue was successfully fixed after the second attempt in the current update to a version 1.20.0 that is already available in the Stores- make sure to update your game to move further on your journey across the Rotterdam waters!
In a case that you encounter any further issues within your tutorial container in the Rotterdam do not hesitate to let us know HERE- we will do our best to help!

4. Stuck in Port (Tutorial level 2-3) 
We have been notified about an issue within the San Francisco tutorial, where the players are stuck in their Ports and cannot continue to explore the San Francisco further- they lack the regional button as they did not complete that part of the tutorial yet!
So far this issue happened only to Port Managers that closed of the game during the tutorial at level 2 or 3, when after reloading the game the tutorial does not properly continue- we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences!

The Fix 🔎
We have been informed by our team that this issue was successfully fixed in the current update to a version 1.20.0 that is already available in the Stores- make sure to update your game to move further on your journey across the San Francisco waters!
In a case you have issues continuing on your journey, make sure to firstly tap on your Coal mine and exit it, to refresh your map and scroll up around to find a San Francisco Construction Worker, that will let you continue on the job and the journey to repair this amazing city!

5. Airport Event Pass Bug 
A new type of bug emerged from the waters within the current Airport Event Pass , where after previewing the 1st tier (at 60 Plane coins the Big Box), your game would glitch and show bugged Ship preview screen like this:

We have been informed by our team that this issue is already fixed and will not affect the players in the future Event passes , be in classic one for big and small events or the Airport one!

6. Missing Sand Mine 
We have been notified about new issue within R.07 Hamburg, where after completing all of the 8 jobs required for the Sand Mine the location does not unlock on the map and is missing!

The Fix 🔎
This issue was already fully resolved by our team today 18th October 2022 at approximately 8:00 AM CET - make sure to fully reload your game to apply the fix and continue on your adventure within Hamburg!
Please make sure to check upon your Sand Mine that should also fully return to your Port- your next jobs will continue only if the Sand Mine is back and active!
In a case you still have any further issues with any of your Hamburg jobs, do not hesitate to let us know HERE- we will make sure to check on the situation and fix any of the jobs issues!

7. Bug level 10- Rotterdam Shop 🗒️
We have been notified once again about an issue within the Rotterdam tutorial, where the players are unable to purchase the container necessary for further progression into the Rotterdam region and are stuck within the container selection screen, as can be seen below:

The Fix 🔎
We have been informed by our team that this issue was successfully fixed for the second time today 26th October 2022-
ALL OF THE LEVEL 10 PLAYERS can load in and proceed with their jobs!
The second update to this bug was successfully released 27th October 2022 - currently all of the affected players by this bug have been fixed and can progress past level 10!

8. Repeating jobs within Hamburg 
We have been notified about new issue within R.07 Hamburg jobs, where already completed job returned back after being fully completed - the Hamburg progression did not get stuck as the job correctly unlocked the following location!
In a case you can see job that you have already completed, please make sure to not complete it again!

The Fix 🔎
We have been notified by our team that this unique case has been fully resolved 2nd November 2022 and that any of the bugged jobs should be properly cleaned from both the Job list and any other possible tasks to not reappear again!

9. Bugged level 11- progress and loading issues 📝
We have been notified about an issue within the Rotterdam tutorial at level 11 during the Building tutorial, where the player progress is not being properly saved and will always return to the same point as before to the Building tutorial, as you can see in a screenshot below:

Also if the affected Port Managers attempt to open up any of the containers or Free boxes during this time, they will be met with infinite loop of loading, as can be seen in a gif below:

The Fix 🔎
Due to the complexity of this issue the fix is be released in the upcoming update to a game version 1.22.1, that
is already available for ALL of the affected players as of 15th November 2022 in the Google Play or App Stores!
As we extremely appreciate your patience regarding the fix of this issue, we will be sending out compensations in the nearest days to all of the affected players- once again we sincerely apologize for all of the inconveniences and we wish you pleasant trades and sails across your new Rotterdam waters!
