Ahoy there Port Managers, Dragon Isles brought to us these issues:
- Issues with Polish translation (In Progress)
- Temporary login Error (Fixed)
- The event played only with ships from the latest region (Fixed)
- Helicopter sounds with the audio off (Will be fixed next patch)

1. Issues with Polish Translation 
We have been notified that in some instances within the Dragon Isles Story Jobs and the Menu the Port Managers cannot see some of the texts appropriately translated - we sincerely apologize for any immersion breaking experiences this might have created!

The Fix 🔎
Do not worry Port Managers, our team is fully aware of this issue and we are in touch with our Translators to work on the missing or broken texts- unfortunately due to unexpected situation these translations might take some time to arrive into the Port!
Because of that we would like to ask for your help if you are Fluent Polish speaker and you would be interested to help and translate our game into Polish to reach us on our support HERE- we will make sure to properly explain all about this offer!

2. Temporary Login Error 🌐
We have been notified about an issue that happened within the launch of a new Dragon Isles event at 14:00 CET, where the players got stuck on the login screen with an error pop up that prevented them from logging in into the game!

The Fix 🔎
This issue was fully resolved by our team today at around 14:20 CET- by now you can access the game without any further issues to enjoy on your new and mysterious adventure Port Managers!

3. The event played only with ships from the latest region 
We can confirm that this event was released with requirements only for ships from the latest region. It means that all event contractors give you jobs that can be fulfilled only with the ships from the region that you unlocked as the last one.

The Fix 🔎
Our team successfully fixed this issue 16th September 2022- since then all the players are able to play the event and generate the appropriate jobs from both their current and -1 previous region.

4. Helicopter sounds with the audio off 🚁
We have registered numerous reports from our players that even if when they had audio in settings turned of, the game anyway forcefully played the sound of the helicopter on the event map.
(Important note: This video will showcase the SOUNDS of the helicopter!)
The Fix 🔎
We understand that this situation could cause some inconveniences for you, but unfortunately, we are not able to fix this issue during this event.
Our team will do their best to have the proper fix implemented in the future events- we sincerely apologize for inconveniences that this bug has caused!
